Graidence Pro / Enterprise: Issues with Getting the Database to Load

If you are having issues with your software and receiving the following error message:


This message means you are trying to load a database that has not been migrated to 3.0.

In order to resolve this issue follow the steps below:

1 - Create a backup of your database on the old system.

2 - Rename/move/or remove the hrware.gdb file.

Note: during install this will install a new blank hrware.gdb file.

3 -Do a restore from the backup you just created.

Note: If you don’t have a backup, you will need to uninstall version 12, then install version 11, and then do a migration either using the installer or manually.
