Gradience Pro / Enterprise - Solution To: Most Errors Encountered in Version 11 and lower

Upgrading/Updating your software to the latest version may resolve the issues you are encountering. As of this writing, our latest release is Version 12. Which can be downloaded here.

--IMPORTANT!-- Prior to upgrading/updating, we highly suggest that you first backup your database. Below are articles that will provide you with more information:

--NOTE-- For users upgrading from versions older than version 10. We are not certain that your data will be restored correctly upon doing a restore from a backup.

When on Version 11:

Visit http://updates.gradiencesupport.com/ to update to latest version of the software.

When on Version 10:

You can upgrade to the latest version when on Version 10. But need to follow these steps:

  1. Create a backup of you database.
  2. Uninstall the software.
  3. Install the latest version with a Blank Database,
  4. Then perform a Restore Data from a backup.

When on Versions 9 or lower:

You will need to purchase the software again in order to update to Version 12. This is because the software update only works for version 11 due to it having a completely new installer than older versions.
