Gradience Pro / Enterprise - Solution To: Cannot open file "C:\databases.conf"

--CAUTION-- These instructions are only valid for Gradience version 12.

Issue: If the error shown above appears when attempting to open Gradience version 12 it is because the file indicated in the error is missing.

This file resides in the Firebird_30 folder, which resides in the firebird folder, which resides in one of the following three locations…

• C:\ProgramData
• C:\ProgramFiles (x86)
• C:\ProgramData

You may copy the file from another computer that is running Gradience and paste it into the required location. If you don’t have one that you can copy, you may unzip the attached zip file to the location where it belongs.
