Issue: (particular date) is not a valid date.

Solution:

In you get a popup similar to the one shown above you will need to open your computer's Control Panel and set your Short Date format to mm/dd/yyyy.

To do this, follow these steps:

1.Click your Windows Start button.

2.Click Control Panel.

3.Click Region and Language.

4.Set your short date format to mm/dd/yyyy and click OK.
