Manually Installing Crystal Reports version 10.2.0

--NOTE-- If you have a program that utilizes Crystal Reports, our program will not function side-by-side with another version of Crystal Reports. We require version 10.2.

• In Windows XP or Server 2003 navigate to your Control Panel > Add Remove Programs and uninstall Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 2.0 (x86) - afterwards run the Crystal Reports installation.
• In Windows 7 or Server 2008 navigate to your Control Panel > Programs and Features and uninstall Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 2.0 (x86) - afterwards run the Crystal Reports installation.

--NOTE-- If you're unable to uninstall Crystal Reports from your computer, please visit Microsoft's Support Site.
