TimeClock - Solution To: Duplicated Time Punches/Entries

--NOTE-- To our knowledge, this issue only occurred in older releases of version 11. We highly recommend that you upgrade to latest release, version 12.

Issue: Duplication example:

Solution: If the database maintenance fails to resolve the issue, follow the steps below:

1. Select the employee in question and click TimeClock Entries

2. Click TimeClock Access

3. To the right under Time Clock Access note the employee’s current work schedule if present and press the History button.

4. Press the Delete button to delete all schedules and press Close afterwards.

5. If this employee had a work schedule click the drop-down to the right of Current Work Schedule, select the work schedule and press the Save button.
