Gradience Pro / Enterprise - Solution To: Could not convert variant of type null into type string

Cause:

If, you click Settings > Global Settings > General Settings and then click the Encrypt SSN button as shown in the image below and then add any new employees, and then select those employees when running reports, you'll get the error Could not convert variant of type null into type string.

Workaround:

In the program click Settings > Global Settings > General Settings, and click the Decrypt Data button, the report will now run without issue.
