HRcalendar - Solution To: Unhandled Exception After Changing HRcalendar Password

Issue: Encounter a rare unhandled exception error after changing password

Solution:

1. Change password in HRcalendar by clicking Company>Preferences

2. When opening the software an unhandled exception occurs

3. Navigate to:

C:\Program Files\HRcalendar Software\HRcalendar in Windows XP

C:\Program Files (x86)\HRcalendar Software\HRcalendar in Windows 7

4. Double click the file named:

5. Enter the 32-digit product license key from your invoice e-mail and press Reset Password

6. Select Yes to reset password and if successful receive the message below:
