Gradience Pro / Enterprise - Solution To: Error Encountered during installation

Issue: Major Error Encountered during Installation

Solution:

1. Navigate to C:\Windows or C:\programdata\gradience in Windows 7 and rename a file named hrware.ini
2. Re-install software (if SERVER was selected before the error was encountered, select STANDALONE)
