Gradience Pro / Enterprise - Solution To: Invalid Drive

Issue:

Solution:

  1. Go into Services and stop Firebird if you have one there.
  2. Uninstall Firebird if you see it in the list in Programs and Features.
  3. Go to C:\Program Files and delete the Firebird folder if you have one there.
  4. Go to C:\Program Files (x86) and delete the Firebird folder if you have one there.
  5. Go to C:\ProgramData and delete the Firebird folder if you have one there.
  6. Rename the Gradience folder at C:\Programdata. Name it Gradience_OLD.
  7. Uninstall Gradience and then reinstall Gradience.

--NOTE-- If this process fails to resolve the issue, you will have to move the database to a folder on a recognizable drive and re-point the software to it.
