Creating Multiple ID Badges One-at-a-Time

ID Badge.jpg

The ID Badge Kit has four sheets each of which has eight perforated badges arranged in two rows of four.

When printing a single ID badge, it defaults to the blank badge on the top-left.

When you need to print a second ID badge, you would keep the sheet on the same side but flip the sheet around so that the blank badge on the bottom-right is now at the top-left.

When you need to print a third ID badge, you would turn the sheet over to the other side so that you would once again have a blank badge on the top-left.

When you need to print a fourth ID badge, you would keep the sheet on the same side but flip the sheet around so that the blank badge on the bottom-right is now at the top-left.

After that, you would have to tape a blank piece of paper under the "badge sheet" and print three badges. The first two ID Badges to be printed would be for employees who don’t actually need ID Badges but it would print "through" the holes where the top two blank badges had been onto the blank piece of paper below so you will [not] be wasting any actual badges. The third badge would print on the first blank badge on the second row that is still attached to the badge sheet.

The next time you need to print another ID badge, you would follow the logic of the paragraph above but you would print three unnecessary badges with the fourth badge being the one you actually need.

Again, each of the unnecessary badges being printed will print through a hole in the badge sheet onto a sheet of paper below so you will not be wasting actual badges by duplicating badges for employees who don’t need them.

We apologize for the inconvenience but for now, this workaround is the only method available for making badges one at a time.
