Emailing Reports

HRcalendar uses Crystal Reports as a reporting tool.

To email reports, do the following:

  1. Run your report on one or multiple employees.
  2. Click Export Report icon at upper left.
  3. When the Export Report popup opens, select a location in the Save in field.
  4. Name the report
  5. Click the down arrow for the Save as type.
  6. Select Microsoft Excel (*.xls) and click Save.
  7. Open your e-mail software and attach the Excel file.
