Creating a Custom Forms Folder in Forms Manager

1. Click The yellow folder in the upper-left. 

2. When the popup window opens, click New > New Folder. Name it Custom Forms and close.

3. Click the yellow folder in the upper-left once again and when the popup opens you'll see the new folder.

4. Any forms with unique information may be saved into the new folder with a unique name.
