Handbook Manager - Product Key: How to Enter

Entering the New Product Key for any Gradience Manager Software Title

Note: The process is not identical between Forms Manager, OSHA Manager and Employee Handbook Manager. Select the one you need below.

Gradience Forms Manager:

1. Copy the 32-character product key from the Order Confirmation you received via e-mail.

Note: Each title has its own product key. If you purchased a license for more than one title, copy the key for one title at a time.

2. Minimize (do not close) your e-mail.

3. Open your Gradience Forms Manager and paste-in the key if prompted. If you are not prompted for the key, click Help > Enter Product Key

4. When the popup window opens click the Enter Product Key button, paste the key into the field, click OK and close the popup window.

Gradience OSHA Manager:

1. Copy the 32-character product key from the Order Confirmation you received via e-mail.

Note: Each title has its own product key. If you purchased a license for more than one title, copy the key for one title at a time.

2. Minimize (do not close) your e-mail.

3. Open OSHA Manager and paste-in the key if prompted. If you are not prompted for the key, click Help > Enter Product Key.

4. When the popup window opens, paste the key into the field, click OK and close the popup window.

Gradience Employee Handbook Manager:

1. Copy the 32-character product key from the Order Confirmation you received via e-mail.

Note: Each title has its own product key. If you purchased a license for more than one title, copy the key for one title at a time.

2. Minimize (do not close) your e-mail.

3. Open Employee Handbook Manager and paste-in the key if prompted. If you are not prompted for the key, click Help > Enter Product Key Code.

4. When the popup window opens, paste the key into the field, click OK and close the popup window.
