Plans are set to accrue the next higher amount after someone reaches a set number of months.

To earn a new monthly amount of Time-Off on the accrual date that precedes a key anniversary or...
To earn a new weekly amount of Time-Off on the accrual date that precedes a key anniversary or...
To earn a new daily amount of Time-Off on the accrual date that precedes a key anniversary...
...You will need to back off the Up to but not including date number of months by 12 months.
EXAMPLE:
(From month 0 - Up to but not including month 60) would be changed to
(From month 0 - Up to month 48).
In the example above, it stands to reason that if someone [will] reach 60 months of service this year, he/she must have already reached 48 months.
If you need this change to be retroactive, you will need to re-run your accruals as follows:
1. Back up the database!
2. Click on File, Maintenance and click Remove Transactions.
3. In the Begin Date field, enter the date from which you wish to re-accrue.
4. Enter the current date into the Thru Date field.
5. Click Run Process.
6. When done, click File, Maintenance, Perform Accruals. A new window will appear.
7. Click on Run Accruals.
8. When the accruals are complete, click Post Accruals.
To verify your results, click Transactions. If you are not happy with the results, you always can remove the accruals, correct the plans and rerun them.
