Rename the Database
- In Vista, or Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008: Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Gradience\Data or C:\Program Files\Gradience\Data if using a 32-bit operating system . Rename HRWARE.GDB file to HRWAREOLD.GDB . You may not see the file extension .GDB because your computer may not be set to display file extensions.
- In Windows 8, or Windows 10 or Windows Server 2012: Go to C:\Program Files\Gradience\Data. Rename HRWARE.GDB file to HRWAREOLD.GDB . You may not see the file extension .GDB because your computer may not be set to display file extensions.
