1. From the desktop, right-click on your Windows Start
2. Select Explore or Windows Explorer.
3. Go to one of the following locations…
- c:\Program Files\HRcalendar Software\Hrcalendar.
- c:\Program Files\HRcalendar Software\Hrcalendar.
4. Scroll down to and double-click on HRcalendar Password Reset.exe. It should look like this...
--NOTE-- Your computer may not be set to show extensions so the .exe may not be visible.
When it opens it will look like this...
5. Enter your product key and click Reset.
6. Press Reset Password.
