OSHA Manager - Fill-In Screen is partially hidden behind the Welcome screen.

CAUSE: 

The font size setting on the computer is something other than 100%. 

SOLUTION: 

Open the Control Panel and select Display and change the font size to 100% as shown below.

Here is the same screen as the one shown above but after setting the proper font size.
